Ambassador Rubin at Marshall Center Alumni Conference

“Founded in the spirit of the Marshall Plan and the endeavor for closer Euro-Atlantic integration, the Marshall Center’s excellent ongoing work over the past quarter century has been one more vital contribution to the underlying capacity for resilience of our nations. I am thus especially pleased to be here with all of you to support today’s important endeavor and see, yet again, Bulgaria’s leadership within NATO for the benefit of the Alliance and its partners in the Black Sea Region.” – Ambassador Rubin at an event for key Marshall Center alumni in Eastern Europe and the Black Sea region to discuss and examine key issues of Strategic Communication, Fighting Corruption, Economic Security, Freedom of the Press, and Cyber Security.

Black Sea region countries Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, and Bulgaria are participating. The event is sponsored by the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, and co-hosted by the Marshall Center Alumni Association of Bulgaria.
