Ambassador Rubin toured a snowy and beautiful Veliko Tarnovo University today and met with Rector Hristo Bondzholov. In 1977 Veliko Tarnovo University became the first Bulgarian university to host an American Fulbright Scholar. The U.S. Embassy American Corner on campus is a testament to our long-time relationship.
