Attorney Kevin Goldberg is speaking to Bulgarian journalists, government officials and NGO representatives about the Freedom of Information Act in America. Goldberg, whose visit is hosted by the Access to Information Programme and sponsored by the U.S. Embassy, will discuss the challenges to providing full access to public information and best practices to ensure that all citizens have access to information about their government.
