General Konstantin Popov, Chair of Bulgaria’s Parliamentary Defense Committee and former Commanding Officer of Graf Ignatievo Air Base, enjoyed a chat and a flight in a U.S. f-15 fighter aircraft with U.S. Colonel Duke Pirak, Commander of the 142nd Fighter Wing of the Oregon Air National Guard. They flew together as part of Thracian Eagle 2018 joint exercises.
