Paul Sracic is the chair of the Department of Politics and International Relations at Youngstown State University. He was selected as a 2009 Fulbright Scholar in Japan, and spent a year teaching at the University of Tokyo. His most recent book is Ohio Government and Politics (co-authored with William Binning). His previous book, San Antonio v. Rodriguez and the Pursuit of Equal Education, was part of a series that received the Scribes Award for legal scholarship. His articles an op-ed pieces on American and international politics and law have appeared in multiple publications. Sracic can speak to the current U.S. Presidential campaign, U.S. trade politics, the U.S. primary and caucus system, and the U.S. Supreme Court and constitutional interpretation. He will be traveling to Latvia and Lithuania to do a program on the U.S. electoral process; he recently completed a Facebook chat on the same subject. He would be good for all IIP content.
