Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Elizabeth Millard in Bulgaria

Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Elizabeth Millard participated in the conference “Democracy That Delivers: Unlocking the Potential of the Western Balkans,” organized by the Center for the Study of Democracy.

Maintaining a focus on this region is essential; dialogue and compromise are indispensable; and perseverance is a virtue.” – PDAS Elizabeth Millard at the CSD conference “Democracy That Delivers: Unlocking the Western Balkans Potential.
