Guidebook author and travel TV host Rick Steves was in Bulgaria in May to shoot a video for his travel series. One of America’s most respected authorities on international travel was a guest at Amb. Eric Rubin’s residence and took part in the making of a short promotional video for American tourists coming to Bulgaria.
