The U.S. Department of State has suspended routine Consular services due to Covid-19 epidemic. The online appointment schedule is currently closed.

If this is a time sensitive matter or you have urgent travel plans, we might schedule an emergency appointment for you. Please e-mail your full name, date of birth, phone number, and attach your completed passport application form (place a passport photo in the designated area).

New passports are usually ready between ten to fifteen business days. Please note that all passport applicants must appear at the consulate in person, including children under the age of 16.

An appointment must be made for each person individually.

Please come 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for Embassy security processing.

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are late or come unprepared.

Please print the application forms on SINGLE-SIDED PAPER – double-sided printing will not be accepted.


Please note: The Embassy may not hold newly-issued passports indefinitely for the applicant to pick up. If a passport has not been picked up within 60 days of first receipt of the notification email, the passport will be cancelled and returned to the U.S. To obtain a new passport, a new application, photo, and fees must be submitted.
