U.S. Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Claire Grady Visits Bulgaria

U.S. Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Claire Grady toured the Bulgarian National Museum of History yesterday where she marveled at renowned artifacts depicting centuries of Bulgarian history. Bulgaria’s Minister of Interior Valentin Radev added personal insight into the fascinating tour. Deputy Secretary Grady is in Bulgaria to participate in an EU-U.S. Justice and Home Affairs Ministerial, which is being held in Sofia in concert with Bulgaria’s EU Council Presidency. The Ministerial will address counter-terrorism cooperation, cyberspace issues, fighting transnational organized crime and trafficking, and border management.
